Seriously the best thing that ever happened to my workout routine.
Suggested by my (sometimes) boyfriend/soulmate to spice up my workout, and it definitely did! Running is much more fun when you’re waiting to hear the next mix instead of having to click through your iPod for songs!

Today I.....
Worked a health fair downtown that served the homeless population. I was complaining about getting out of my warm bed at 7am on a Saturday, and all they wanted was a warm place to stay for a few hours and a cup of coffee. It really helped me put things in perspective.
Watched the Tennessee Men’s Basketball team lose to UConn (sad day).
Took a quick nap
